About The Role

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

At enfinium, we’re transforming waste into sustainable energy — and we need a skilled FP&A Manager to help shape the financial future of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional to make a real impact, driving insight, performance, and growth across one of the UK’s leading energy-from-waste companies. This role will oversee 3 sites; Kemsley (Kent), Parc Adfer (Deeside) and Kelvin (West Bromwich) travel will be required to these sites from time to time.

What you’ll do

As part of our high-performing FP&A team, you’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, working closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders. Your insights will guide decisions at the highest level, helping us plan for long-term success.

You’ll also:

  • Develop and refine budgets and forecasts across our sites, head office, and new projects.
  •  Deliver clear, insightful reporting and dashboards that drive performance and value.
  •  Build and maintain financial models to support investment and business planning.
  •  Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and opportunity.
  •  Partner with site leaders to interpret results, improve forecasts, and enhance decision-making.
  • Champion system improvements, embedding Workday Adaptive Insights and Power BI across the business.

Your work will influence decisions across key sites — Kemsley, Parc Adfer, and Kelvin — helping deliver enfinium’s mission to create a cleaner, more sustainable future.

What we’re looking for

You combine financial expertise with commercial curiosity — you love turning data into insight and insight into action.

You’ll bring:

  • A degree and ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  •  Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business partnering.
  •  Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  •  Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights and Power BI (or similar tools).
  •  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in power, waste, or infrastructure (preferred).

What makes you stand out

You’re proactive, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You collaborate easily, think commercially, and take pride in making your insights count.

At enfinium, your ideas will help power a more sustainable world — and your career will grow with a business that’s doing the same.
